Our Story

The Connors family has been involved in the pet industry since 2008 when we started our first pet sitting business, At Your Service Pet Nannies.  We also have owned and operated: At Your Service Mobile Pet Grooming, Jim's Mobile Dog Grooming, At Your Service Dog Grooming in Yardley and Le Beau Chien in Philadelphia.  We are Yardley residents and we are the founders and owners of Dog Grooming School of Pennsylvania, the only grooming school licensed by the PA Department of Education in Southeastern Pennsylvania.  We know grooming!  

Eileen James

Eileen is originally from Thailand, where she raised two adorable and energetic Dalmatians. Eileen spent much of her life caring for the many stray dogs in her hometown in Thailand. This made her fall in love with all animals. She learned everything about keeping dogs happy and healthy, from baths, brushing, and nail cutting, to skin care and cooking them nutritious food. Eileen trained at Dog Grooming School of Pennsylvania and has been directly mentored by Jim, a longtime groomer and grooming Instructor.  Eileen works as an Assistant Instructor at the school, as well.

Jim Connors

Jim is a Yardley resident and well-known Groomer in the community. He has owned many salons both mobile and brick & mortar in the area. Jim graduated New York School of Dog Grooming and Rowan University. He was approved in 2015 by the Pennsylvania Department of Education to teach dog grooming and is the Co-Owner, School Director and Grooming Instructor at Dog Grooming School of Pennsylvania and the Co-Owner of Yardley Dog Grooming. Students from all over the USA travel in to learn the art of dog grooming from Jim.
